If you purchased your guitar within the last 30 days and the order was shipped within the US, you can request an exchange for a left-handed model, as long as the order meets our standard return and exchange requirements. 👌

What if it has been more than 30 days?

No worries! While we can't offer a standard exchange after 30 days, you can still turn your current Loog into a left-handed guitar by restringing it in the opposite order, just like the legendary Jimi Hendrix did. 🤘
