Yes! 🎸 Loog products purchased directly from LoogGuitars.com are covered by our 1-year limited warranty.

To qualify, your warranty claim must be submitted within 365 days (1 year) of receiving your item. 📆 

Once we receive your claim, our team will process it within 7 days. ☑️

How does the warranty process work?

For both domestic and international orders, you can submit your warranty claim through our Returns Portal.

If your claim is approved, we'll help you with a replacement. If a replacement isn't the right fit, you can choose Store Credit instead and use it to purchase a different item from the store. You can also use your return credit to shop for a different item from our store using the Shop Now option.

Please note that warranty claims are not eligible for refunds.

Do I need to return my item?

If we require you to return the product, you'll have 30 days from the date your warranty claim is submitted to send it back.

The request will be processed once the items are marked as in transit back to our warehouse.

Purchased from another retailer?

Our warranty process applies only to products purchased directly from our Store.

If you purchased your Loog from another retailer, please contact them directly and follow their warranty policy. 😊
