Loog Guitars will happily honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 365 days (1 year) of receipt of items. 📆 

Upon return receipt of items for a warranty claim, you can expect Loog Guitars to process your warranty claim within 7 days. If approved, you can return the product through our returns portal, and we’ll send you a replacement. No refunds will be issued for warranty claims. You can opt for store credit if you don’t want to get a replacement. 

If the warranty claim is accepted and we require you to return the product, you’ll have 30 days to return the item once the claim is submitted.

NOTE: We can only accept warranty claims from items purchased directly from https://loogguitars.com/. For products purchased from other retailers, you must contact them and follow their respective warranty policies.
