Loog Guitars will happily honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 365 days (1 year) of receipt of items. 📆

Upon receiving your request for a warranty claim, we will process it within 7 days.

• For Domestic Orders:

You can return the product through our Returns Portal, and we’ll send you a replacement. While we do not offer refunds for warranty claims, you can choose to receive Store Credit if a replacement isn't suitable. You can also use your return credit to shop for a different item from our store using the Shop Now option.

• For International Orders:

You can submit a warranty claim through our Returns Portal, and we’ll send you a replacement. Although refunds are not available for warranty claims, you can opt for Store Credit if you prefer not to receive a replacement. You can also use your return credit to purchase a different item from our store through the Shop Now option.

If your warranty claim is accepted and we require you to return the product, you’ll have 30 days to return the item once the claim is submitted.

NOTE: We can only accept warranty claims from items purchased directly from https://loogguitars.com/. For products purchased from other retailers, you must contact them and follow their respective warranty policies.
