How Do I Activate my Backstage pass in the Loog App?Updated 5 months ago

Congrats on getting a Loog Backstage Pass! 🎉 

One of its coolest features is accessing premium features in the Loog App! Here’s how to do so:

1. First, take note of the activation code you got in your email. It should look something like this: 

DE_NN-MCB92-DW4QK-9J68G 

Remember, when purchasing a Loog Backstage Pass, you first get a confirmation email and, later, an email with your app activation code, access to Loog Guitar School, and discount code. This second email means your account has been activated, which can take up to 24 hours. Please let us know if it’s been 24 hours and you still haven’t gotten your Activation Email. 

2. Open the Loog App and, on the home screen, press the large yellow button that reads “Play.” 

Note: we launched an all-new Loog App a few weeks ago. If your home screen looks nothing like the one in the picture above, you might be using our old, legacy app. To access premium features, you will need to download the new one. 

3. A screen will pop up asking you to sign up in order to get Backstage. First, tap the sign-up prompt and complete this process. 

4. Once you’ve signed up, enter your activation code and tap “Start adventure!”. If the button isn’t active, go back to the home screen and try again. This should solve it. 

5. That’s it! You won’t be required to enter your activation code again unless you log out. Just in case you do, we recommend you save your activation email to have it handy at all times.
