We get it—sometimes you change your mind! 😊 If your order meets our return requirements, we're happy to help.
How do I start a return?
You can start your return through our Returns Portal.
To be eligible, your return request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order. The item must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- Resellable
- Returned with its original packaging
What happens after I return my item?
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
📌 Please keep in mind:
- 🚚 Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- 💳 A 20% restocking fee applies when you choose a refund to the original payment method.
- 🎁 The restocking fee is waived if you choose Store Credit or an Exchange instead.
- 💌 If you choose Store Credit, we'll email it to you once your return is in transit to our warehouse.
Are there any return restrictions?
Yes. Please note the following:
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
- Products shipped outside the contiguous United States are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- Orders containing 4 or more of the same item (for example, four guitars) are not eligible for standard returns. This helps us prevent fraudulent return activity.
- Items purchased from other retailers must be returned according to that retailer's return and refund policy.
- Only products purchased directly from LoogGuitars.com are eligible for return through our Returns Portal.
What if my item is damaged or defective?
If your item arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing defect, it will be handled through our Warranty Claim process.
For warranty claims, please contact our team through this link and include photos or a video showing the issue. Please note that warranty claims are not eligible for refunds.
