I received the wrong guitar, can I replace it?Updated 6 months ago

We understand how frustrating this can be and are here to assist you in resolving this issue. We’d love to resolve this right away. We have a convenient Returns Portal that you can access within 30 days of receiving your item to initiate the return.


A 20% restocking fee applies to the returned items. However, we'll happily waive it if you prefer to exchange your order for a different Loog product.


Once the returned item arrives at our warehouse, we will process it promptly and automatically ship the right product to you.
