To initiate the exchange process, please follow these instructions:

Returns and Exchanges: We have a convenient Return Portal for returns and exchanges. You can initiate a request within 30 days of receiving the item.

Exchange for a different Loog product: If you opt to exchange your order for a different Loog product, we will waive the 20% restocking fee on the returned item cost. Kindly ensure the original packaging is intact. 

Kindly take note of the following when requesting an exchange:

  • Non-Refundable Shipping Charges: Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable. Defective or damaged orders are covered by our warranty, and return shipping fees are not applicable. However, please be aware that products shipped outside the contiguous United States are not eligible for return.
  • Orders from other Retailers: Only items purchased directly from loogguitars.com can be returned to us. If the product was acquired from another retailer, please follow their respective return and refund policies.
  • Store Credit: Accepted returns can be processed as store credit via the same Return Portal, and the customer will receive an email notification once it has been processed.
  • Warranty Claims: For valid warranty claims submitted within 365 days of receipt. Please check this article for more information on "How to submit a warranty claim."
