My Loog Mini Electric turns off as soon as I start playing. What should I do?Updated 5 days ago

Uh-oh! Your Loog Mini Electric is taking an unexpected break? 😅🎸 Don't worry—we can try a few quick fixes!

🔋 Try a fresh 9V battery

First, replace the current battery with a brand-new 9V battery.

Sometimes, batteries that have been stored for a while can lose some of their power, even if they haven't been used. A fresh battery may give your guitar the boost it needs to keep rocking! 🤘

🔌 Check the battery wiring

After replacing the battery, check the battery wiring and connections to make sure nothing looks loose or disconnected.

If everything looks secure and in place, try turning the guitar on and playing it again. 🎸

📴 Still turning off?

If your Loog Mini Electric continues to turn off while you're playing, please contact our Customer Support team through this link and include a short video showing the issue.

We'll take a closer look and help you get your guitar back to making music! 🎶
