If you want to learn more about our exchange policy, please note that we accept returns and exchanges through our Returns Portal within 30 days of receiving the item. A 20% restocking fee applies to the returned items. However, we'll happily waive it if you prefer to exchange your order for a different Loog product. 

The original packaging must be intact, and please be aware that the original shipping charges are non-refundable. Our warranty covers defective or damaged orders and is not subject to return shipping fees.

However, products shipped outside the contiguous United States are not eligible for return. Please remember that only items purchased directly from https://loogguitars.com/ can be returned to us, while those purchased from other retailers must be returned according to their respective return and refund policies.
